For new systems JDS can advise on the best system to suit your business. We’ll carry out survey to assess your current electrical infrastructure, then work with you to understand the needs of your business.
Existing legacy systems can be easily assessed with a site survey. We can then issue a report on our findings. We can then advise on any replacements or upgrades required.
If shutdowns are required, we can typically carry this out with little disruption to your supplies and processes. We use a bespoke split core system which can be installed without the need for costly shutdowns. The digital meters have a small footprint so multiple meters can be installed in a relatively small space.
Automated Tenant Billing for accurate, hassle-free invoicing and energy billing
Automatic Tenant Billing can be added to our enermon system so your tenants will be sent automated bills. This will eliminate the need for you to take monthly meter reads and manually send invoices.
You will need to know if your electrical meters are MID approved. If you’re responsible for billing and sub-billing in residential, commercial or industrial settings, your meters need to be MID compliant.
All meters installed in applications that require billing and sub-billing according to actual energy consumption must comply with the Measuring Instrument Directive (MID) in Europe – whether for direct billing or sub-billing applications. A meter survey will identify if you are compliant. We can then produce a report on our findings and recommend any setting changes or meter replacements required.
