Installation

Our areas of work cover Commercial, Industrial and Retail. The installation work covers anything from a broken socket or replacement lamp to larger new builds or refurbishment.

All our electricians are trained to the latest 17th Edition regulations.

We also insist on them having asbestos training, IPAF for powered access equipment and PASMA for the use of scaffolding. They all hold CSCS cards and are CRB checked.

We also insist our sub contractors have the same and we have developed our own sub contractor questionnaire that must be filled in and passed before we can use them.

Testing

The testing of the installation is supplementary to the inspection of the installation. Any recording taken will be noted and compared with the relevant standards. These results then indicate whether the electrical safety devices will operate under fault conditions, thus protecting persons, livestock and property.

Inspection and Testing should be carried out in such a way as to minimise disturbance to the installation and inconvenience to the user. Where there is a need to turn off part or all of the installation, precautions will need to be taken.

Maintenance

Our maintenance services include Industrial, Commercial and Retail sectors.

Our General and Preventative Maintenance can be anything electrical: from changing lamps to cleaning light fittings, or replacing damaged sockets and lights.
